1 ounce London Dry gin
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce honey syrup (recipe follows)
4 ounces white ale
Shake all ingredients except the beer and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with white ale.
2 parts honey
1 part hot water
Mix ingredients until dissolved.
