Gordon Ramsay Opens New Vegas Dining Spot

Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Palace

BY KATE WAHNSCHAFFE — Spring 2018

ut yourself on the scene of Fox TV’s Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay’s new Vegas restaurant of the same name at Caesars Palace. Chefs wearing the show’s traditional red or blue uniform serve signature menu items from the TV series, including pan-seared scallops, lobster butternut squash risotto, and beef Wellington — and special menu items from the show will be added as episodes air. Hell’s Kitchen’s season 17 winner, chef Michelle Tribble, now heads up the restaurant. Decor includes the iconic bronze “HK” sign straight from the set, as well as “HK” and pitchfork symbols placed throughout. 702-731-7373; gordonramsayrestaurants.com
