Spring 2016

1-1/4 ounces dry vermouth
1 ounce Mancino Bianco vermouth
1/4 ounce Lillet Rose
5 drops grapefruit bitters
2-3 drops absinthe
lemon twist

Add all ingredients except the absinthe and lemon twist to a rocks glass and fill with ice; stir for 10 seconds. Use an atomizer to spritz the absinthe atop the drink. Garnish with lemon twist.
