Three Rivers Capital Pittsburgh Open

wenty-four pro squash athletes from 10 countries converged on Rivers Club in Pittsburgh in February for the 2019 Three Rivers Capital Pittsburgh Open Tournament, part of the Professional Squash Association World Tour. World No. 30 Gregoire Marche of France emerged victorious after a tight five-game match against Egypt’s Zahed Salem, World No. 22 and winner of the 2017 Pittsburgh Open. In recognition of the event, city mayor Bill Peduto was on hand to declare Feb. 8 Pittsburgh Squash Day.
