Renovations in Miami and Scottsdale

The Biltmore Hotel Miami just completed a renovation of its Donald Ross-designed golf course. Improvements include new Bermuda grass, new bunkers, challenging new signature holes, and an enhanced short-game practice area. The work was part of a $30 million renovation of the entire 271-room hotel.

In November, the Phoenician resort in Scottsdale, Ariz., unveiled a redesign of its three nine-hole courses, which it reconfigured into one 18-hole course with re-contoured fairways, reshaped and renovated water features, and more. The project was part of the last phase of a major transformation of the 645-room property that began in 2016.
