This is one of the ways Pilates helps many people alleviate back pain. In this class you can increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. Mat Pilates lengthens and strengthens for a strong, lean, physique. IMPORTANT CLASS DETAILS Participants must register in advance and check-in with the instructor upon arrival to class. *Registration is required* At Jupiter Country Club Spa & Fitness, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our group-fitness classes. What Is Pilates? Core strength is the foundation of how Pilates works. Strengthening the core develops stability throughout the entire torso. This is one of the ways Pilates helps many people alleviate back pain. In this class you can increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. Mat Pilates lengthens and strengthens for a strong, lean, physique. IMPORTANT CLASS DETAILS Participants must register in advance and check-in with the instructor upon arrival to class. *Registration is required* At Jupiter Country Club Spa & Fitness, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our group-fitness classes. To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, our class reservation and cancellation policies for our clients/members and guests are in place. GROUP-FITNESS CLASS RESERVATION POLICY The group fitness schedule will open for registrations one week at a time, and one week in advance. Every Sunday at 8:00 PM the schedule will open, and registrations will be available.
